Let me help you shed light into what is getting in your way and overcome roadblocks. Together, we will ensure that you gain insight, develop resilience and overcome these challenges through goal setting and accountability.
What is coaching?
Coaching is an intentional conversation where the coach allows the client to talk about the challenge or goal they have. It's a client led and the client sets the pace. The coach partners with the client to set next steps to achieve their goals.
Coaching is not counseling, therapy, mentoring, or consulting....although it is often confused with all of them. It focuses on the present as a way to get to the future. It can use personal assessments and tools to help clients gain more clarity on how they are showing up.
